Who we are

The company legal name, address, and number on this page are placeholders. They will be replaced before anyone can order. We are a private assistance service. We are not the New Zealand Government and we are not Customs.

The service

Guided completion means you answer in your language, receive an English answer sheet, and get a reminder before the 24-hour window. You submit the declaration yourself on the official channel.

We do not offer to file the declaration for you.

Price

There will be one price. Whether it is per person or per order is not decided, and the amount is not set. The New Zealand official traveller declaration is free, and you can complete it yourself. Any charge is only for help with filling it in and with translation.

What you do

You answer honestly, in your own words. You check the English sheet before you use it. You submit the declaration yourself. You do not send us a passport number through the contact form on this unfinished site.

Refunds

After the English answer sheet has been generated and can be downloaded, the fee is not refunded. If a fault on our side means we cannot generate the sheet, or the reminder is not delivered, the fee is refunded in full. The refund page says this again in shorter words.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee that you will pass the border. We do not promise how long a step will take. There is no rush option.

Orders we may refuse

We may refuse an order that appears to involve a false declaration. Refusing an order is not a judgment by the border.
