Three things worth knowing first

  1. 01

The official declaration is free, and everyone completes one

That includes New Zealand citizens. Each traveller, including infants and children, completes their own.

  2. 02

The earliest submission is 24 hours before departure

It has to be in before passport control on arrival. You can still change it after submitting, until you reach the border.

  3. 03

    Answers are written in English

We explain the task in your language so the English wording is yours, not a guess.

Three steps

You stay the person who submits the declaration.

  1. 01

    Answer in your language

You go through the declaration in the language you read. Nothing is pre-selected for you.

  2. 02

    Receive an English answer sheet

Each item can be copied. You take that wording to the official form or the official app.

  3. 03

A reminder before the 24-hour window

We remind you to submit before you travel. The reminder is not a submission.

Price to be confirmed

Whether this is charged per person or per order has not been decided.

The New Zealand official traveller declaration is free, and you can complete it yourself. Any charge on this site is only for help with filling it in and with translation.
