Refunds

The price is not set. These are the draft rules for the fee, once there is a fee. A lawyer has not reviewed them.

One fee

Customers see one price. It may be per person or per order. That choice is not made yet. The official declaration has no government fee.

Guided completion

After the English answer sheet has been generated and can be downloaded, the fee is not refunded. If a fault on our side means the sheet cannot be generated, or the reminder is not delivered, the fee is refunded in full.

Filing is not offered

We do not offer to submit the declaration for you, so there is no separate refund rule for that work.

How a refund would be asked for

There is no payment system yet, and the support inbox is not monitored. Until both exist, there is nothing to refund.
