You read each point in your language and answer it yourself. The system does not pick an answer for you.

Take the English answer sheet
The sheet lines up with what you said, item by item, so you can copy the English into the official form or app.

Get the reminder
Submission opens 24 hours before departure. The reminder tells you the window is open. It does not submit anything.

Submit it yourself
You file the declaration on the official channel before passport control. You can still correct it until you reach the border. A paper form exists after arrival.
